    28.3.1 It will take all necessary measures in accordance with any law to contractually regulate the provision of access to or transfer of personal information and\/or the receipt of outsourcing services for the processing of personal information about you, by those third parties and\/or affiliated\/subsidiary companies, as applicable, and all in order to protect your privacy in accordance with the obligations imposed on the company under any law.<\/p>\n

    28.3.2 To the extent that the use of those third parties involves the transfer of personal information outside of Israel, the Company will act in accordance with the obligations applicable to it in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Information Outside the State's Borders), 5761-2001, both in terms of the selection of the countries in which the personal information is stored and in terms of the contractual arrangement to ensure your rights and the protection of your privacy in the personal information by the transferee.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In accordance with Section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to review the personal information held about you in the company's databases, subject to a process of verifying your identity and exercising the right to review in a manner appropriate to the circumstances, and all in accordance with the provisions of any law.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    33. If, after the aforementioned review, you find that the information about you stored in our systems is not correct, complete, clear or up-to-date, you may contact us and ask us to correct the aforementioned information or alternatively delete it in accordance with your rights under Section 14 of the Privacy Protection Law.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    34.
